Company Business

For a company owner who would like to have headshots for their employees.

A session would consist of:

• About 30 minutes to identify the best room for the photos (unless one would be provided), set up the photo area and set/adapt the lighting to the room lighting conditions,
• Max. 30 minutes per person headshot photography,
• 10 minutes to upload the photos onto the laptop and do the initial photo selection,
• Final employee photo selection, would be done at each employee’s own time through a password protected page on the website.
• • 60+ Photos per employee would be taken and given to them in a social-media or web-friendly size
  • 15 of those photos will be selected, and they will be post-processed and given to the employee in an HD/print-friendly version

In terms of lighting used, I will use either Speedlights (flashes) or an 80W LED lighting unit based on the room lighting.
The photos will be made available for viewing and selecting on a laptop I would bring with me (which would have the needed software for photo selection).
During the day, one or more team portraits can also be taken, depending on available time.

When a day is selected, please select an hour for each two people who will be in the photo session.
